The Circle

“The Circle” is a study of form, repetition, and the quiet symbolism of the infinite. Captured on black-and-white film with a Nikon F3, this series finds the circle in nature, in history, and in the human body—a tree covered with snow marking time, an insect hive shaped by instinct, an artifact worn by age, a breast as a symbol of life itself. Stripped of color, each image highlights the purity of the shape, its presence both deliberate and organic. In these frames, the circle becomes more than a form—it is a rhythm, a cycle, a quiet echo of continuity.
